1. What we own

The software that runs AgEmployment, its design, the AgEmployment name and logo, the icon set, the category structure and original editorial text are our property or that of our licensors, and are protected by copyright and database right. © 2026 AgEmployment. All rights reserved.

2. What members own

Job adverts, CVs and profile material stay the property of the member who posted them. By posting, a member grants us the licence described in section 4 of the Terms & Conditions and confirms that they have the right to grant it.

3. What you may do

  • Browse the site and view adverts.
  • Print or share a single listing in order to apply for or to fill that role, or to discuss it with the member who posted it.
  • Quote a short extract of our editorial text with attribution and a link back to the original page.

4. What you may not do

  • Scrape, bulk-download or mirror listings, CVs or member data.
  • Reproduce our design, category structure or layout on another service.
  • Reuse a member's adverts, CVs or photographs on another platform or in your own advertising.
  • Remove copyright marks, watermarks or attribution from anything on the site.

5. Database right

The arrangement and indexing of the listings on this site is protected as a database. Extracting a substantial part of it, whether in one pass or repeatedly, needs our written permission.

6. Reporting infringement

If you believe something published here infringes your rights, tell us through the contact page and include what is protected, where it appears, the rights you hold, your postal address and a statement that you are the rights holder or act for one. We remove material as soon as a claim is credible, and we tell the member who posted it.

7. Trade marks of others

Company, farm and brand names shown in adverts and profiles — and the make names of tractors, harvesters and other equipment — belong to their owners and appear only to identify the employer or describe the work. Their presence does not mean that the owner endorses us or advertises with us.
